From the finest furs and woven fabrics, our master artists lovingly hand sew every set of Kitten Ears to our bespoke headbands which are hand carved and shaped from the finest Italian Mazzucchelli acetate by our skillful artisans whose masterful traditions dates back well before their 630A.D. appointment by the King of France for the exclusive privilege of manufacture for the entire Kingdom. Every Kitten is a unique creation, a jewel honoring the old-world traditions.

Change of Shipping Address / Cancel order / Change Order
Due to PayPal new policy changes, they now effectively charge fees to cancel orders, or to change a shipping address.
If you want to cancel your order or change a shipping address you must pay PayPal's fees first. PayPal's fees range effectively between 2.9% and 5%, plus $0.60.
We can only send out a "cancel order" invoice" to your email if your custom order has not begun being created. Once work begins on a custom order, time and materials
have been dedicated to that creation and it cannot be canceled/refunded (as is standard with high-end custom work).
Although making changes to custom orders that are 'in process' is extremely difficult, it may be possible, however this would incur extra material and labor costs to you
and slow the completion time. Make sure you have listed the correct preferences of what you would like created. Received items cannot be used by others and are rare
custom-chosen works, so they cannot be returned/exchanged for maters of taste. Please do ask questions if you are unsure about your preferences (we are very happy to help)
